Volkan is a managing partner
at HB Consultancy Group, a multidisciplinary partnership with financial and legal advisory practices based in Istanbul. He has fifteen years of experience as a senior legal counsel and lead negotiator with
Holding , a major Turkish conglomerate and as a senior partner with Hidayetoglu & Co. Attorneys at Law. In his legal practice, Volkan has mostly focused on M&A;, restructurings and other corporate finance transactions including IPOa??s and complex financings.
Volkan has represented foreign and local banks, brokerage houses and
several leading multinational and Turkish companies in numerous transactions in Turkey.
Volkan received his LL.B. from Istanbul University, his MA in
European law from Marmara University and his LL.M. in International Business Law (with merit) from the University of London as a UCL Turkey Scholar.

Yalçın is a managing partner at Hidayetoğlu & Co. and a senior advisor to HB consultancy group. He has 40 years of experience as a commercial and labour litigation lawyer and has advised many companies and trade unions as well as financial institutions in Turkish courts of all levels. He received his LL.B. from Ankara University.

Spot Blue is a leading UK based Turkish residential property agent and development company responsible for over 100 million USD of direct investment in Turkey.
Davida??s role at TBCCI is to establish and co-ordinate trade and business links at all UK and Turkish Government and commercial levels.Prior to his involvement in Turkey, David has been an investor and an international business development advisor. This includes start up, early stage funding, business and corporate development and trade sales and IPOs. Over the last forty years.
David has had a wide range of international business experience both in the SME and public company sectors covering finance, marketing and sales.

With 20 year experience in the financial advisory and manufacturing sectors, Deniz has extensive expertise in analyzing and advising companies undergoing financial hardship. He started his professional career at Arthur Andersen Co. in Istanbul, and then joined Arthur Andersen Dubai office before moving to Ernst & Young. Deniz also spent a few years as a manager of several International and Turkish companies, internally engineering corporate turnarounds, In 1995 Deniz established BKP Consulting, mainly focusing on financial planning and corporate restructuring of distressed companies with a focus on liability management. In 2004 BKP merged with HB Consultancy Group. At HB Deniz is mainly responsible for projects involving medium- and long-term corporate financial planning, corporate restructuring and financing, with a special focus on distressed companies and undervalued assets. Deniz is a graduate of Lyceè de Galatasaray and received his BA from Bosphorus University.
